In order to carry out the working conference spirit of the group company in 2017, LBT construction company held its annual working conference in the beautiful land of abundance, Sichuan (Pengshan Hengda Hotel) on April 21th, 2017. Shen Binqiang, Chairman of the Group, Wang Hailong, Executive Director of LBT Engineering, Li Tiejun, General Manager of LBT, Yan Bingzhong, Deputy General Manager of LBT Engineering, and General Manager of LBT Construction Corporation, a total of 36 representatives attended the meeting . This meeting was presided over by Wu Xinyi, deputy general manager of Construction Company.

        First of all, Yin Weizhong, deputy general manager of Construction Company, made a summary report on the work for 2016. The project managers gave a detailed report on the project conditions, operating data, existing problems , and the requirements of the company and the functional departments. Each functional department made detailed reports on the responsibilities of departments, working interfaces with the project department, compliance management requirements, the 2017 work plan ,and how to improve efficiency and other aspects.

        Participants closely focused on the theme of "Reducing costs and increasing efficiency, unite as one, do not forget early heart ".They conscientiously summarized and analyzed various problems encountered in the work, gave suggestions, and fully supported the IPO and ERP projects and other work. They also adhere to the Group's strategic development goals, strengthen project quality, safety management, legal compliance management.

        Guo Shuwei, general manager of LBT construction company, made an important report. While affirming the remarkable achievements made by the company , he pointed out that the current problems of the company and emphasized the importance of the operation risk management and the corporate culture construction. In view of the problems existing in the operation and management, we put forward the urgent request for improving the system construction. 2017 is an arduous year for LBT construction company . This also tests the cohesiveness of LBT construction staff. They should be vigilant in peace time and not forget their beginnings. We hope that with the efforts of all our colleagues, LBT construction company can go up a storey still higher.

       Chairman Shen made an important speech, he emphasized the strategic significance of the IPO and the importance of corporate cultural construction, required us to fully cooperate with the member units. And we should give full play to the advantages of the Group's entire industrial chain, and help the Group's strategic development goals. At the same time, as a traditional business of LBT, LBT construction requires us not to forget the original intention, not to lose tradition, to inherit and carry forward LBT 's spirit and culture. They expressed their ardent hope to young people, and encouraged that young people should follow the development direction of the enterprise, they should be ready at all times, create opportunities actively and make use of the enterprise's big platform to achieve the dual agreement between society and self value.

        Finally, the representatives of each member and the delegates made speeches respectively and put forward suggestions on the LBT construction. They expressed the hope that we should stand firmly and fight steadily and we need to be vigilant in peace time for the better development of group company .  We hope that under the leadership of the grand strategy of the Group, we will spare great efforts to strive for the goal of making LBT become "century-old shop".

       After the meeting, the company organized a two-day team building activities. We climbed Mountain Qingcheng and went to the cherry orchard. The beautiful mountain scene create an enjoyable atmosphere and soothed every one. In the cheerful chatting and laughing, everyone rethinked and tasted the charm and culture of LBT.
