        During the meeting, leaders from every department, directors from the functional departments made a profound summary for the work of past year, around the theme of "Being vigilant in peace time, seeking change and innovation, career development, compliance management". Analyzed the problems in management and gave a solution. Specified the work objectives and arrangements for 2017, and planned the future.
