The hydrogen CB module fabrication project, which is one of hydrogen product series of the customer, has already been completed and delivered by Jiangsu Libert INC .to the customer.

        The construction duration of this project was about five and a half months, which mainly included steel structure, piping prefabrication and installation, equipment installation and commissioning, electrical & instrument installation, etc. The transportation size of cold box module is 45m length, 8m width and 8m height respectively and the weight is more than 400 Tons.

        Jiangsu Libert INC. has given high priority to the fabrication of this series of products and established experienced technical and construction teams to overcome the multiple difficulties during fabrication, such as compact design, space congestion and lifting & transportation. Synchronized lifting devices, especially made extremely stringent pressure test for cold box shell in order to prevent hydrogen leakage in cold boxes. 

        The successful completion of the project has accumulated rich experience for the series of products fabrication for LBT in future, which has been highly recognized and praised by the customer, and will further assist on the market development of the series of product and the broader field for LBT.
